Q - I am sending all the orders through my kiosks to Photo Create for fulfilment. How will billing work?
A - If Photo Create fulfil all of your orders, including digital prints you will be billed once a month by Photo Create for all the products fulfilled during this time.

Q - I am using Photo Create to fulfil some orders but I also want to fulfil some myself in-store. Can I split the workflow?
A - Yes. You can utilise your existing printers to fulfil some work in store and send the rest of your orders to Photo Create for fulfilment. If you are fulfilling creative merchandise orders (does not apply to digital prints) yourself, you will need to recharge credits through your Digital Control Module (DCM) or Whitech's website. Each time you fulfil an order your credits will deplete to reflect a percentage of the RRP. This is the way third party royalties are paid back to Whitech. For more information on credits, please contact us.

Q- How will Photo Create deliver orders back to my store?
A - Photo Create will deliver orders back to your store or to your customer's chosen address via Star Track Express. You can choose how many deliveries you require on a weekly basis. For more information on Photo Create's services, see www.photocreate.com.au.

Q - How are the orders generated?
A - A customer uses the kiosk to place the order as usual. The order is transferred from the kiosk to the Digital Control Module computer (DCM), which acts as a job server. The DCM computer must be connected to the Internet. The order is then sent electronically through Whitech's network to Photo Create or to equipment in store for processing, depending on your preferred workflow.

Q - What is a DCM?
A - The Digital Control Module, or DCM is a program that operates on a normal computer. It manages the workflow of jobs received through the Imagine Kiosks and Imagine Web. The DCM tracks each job and sends it to the relevant places for fulfilment and printing. It will also track work for billing purposes and send the appropriate data back to Photo Create and Whitech (where applicable). If you are operating on a credit system, the DCM will also be able to track your credits and advise you when you need to purchase more. You will be able to burn images to CD/DVDs on this DCM computer (if it has a CD/DVD burner installed).

Q - Is it safe to purchase credits online?
A - Your payments will be taken through PayPal, which is widely recognised around the world as a secure way to purchase online. Retailers can purchase credits through their DCM computer. Alternatively, you can set up a group account. Payments using a group account can be made from any computer connected to the Internet.

Q - I want to offer the Imagine Web Print Ordering Service - What do I need to do?
A -
You will need to have your Website setup, with all required content to successfully promote and inform consumers of what they can create and print using the Imagine Web Service, Whitech will provide the required URL link information that you will embed in buttons and banners on your website, so that when clicked by customer they will be able to access the Imagine Web service from your site. You will need a DCM Computer in your store with access to ADSL internet to manage and capture the orders from your customers.

Q - How Does Imagine Web Work from the customer’s perspective?

A1. The customer visits your website, and clicks on a link or button this will redirect them to the Imagine Web service – the customer logs in using their user name and password or signs up for the first time to create a user account. – This same user account can be used to access Imagine Web or Imagine Kiosks in your store
A2. They willUp-load their chosen images from their computer if using website or if using a kiosk in-store loads images via their media device.
A3. Selects the service they want to use such as canvas art, create their masterpiece using their own images, Pay for their order online by PayPal or Credit Card, which commences the sending of the order for production process to the retailer or wholesale production facility (Photo Create in Australia).
NB: Customers can collect their completed orders from your retail store outlets or they can be sent direct to the customers preferred address.

Q - Can you tell me ways I can get the most capacity out of the equipment I already have?
A - Yes! A good idea you can explore is placing kiosks in other sites. For example, if your store is the local photo shop there is no reason why you can't place additional kiosks in other stores like pharmacies, video stores, coffee shops, hotels and copy centres and send all the orders back to your store to be fulfilled. Orders can also be directed to a fulfilment centre such as Photo Create. You can successfully extend your business in this way.
